R.E.S.T.O.R.E was inspired by my life and the lives of my clients. It is based on the principles that must be addressed in EVERY human who is interested in healing.
Rest, Eat, Sleep, Tribe, Open Up, Repair and Exercise are the components that are addressed. True and lasting healing requires lifestyle changes.
This course is done in my One-on-One format as well as in groups.
It is broken up into 5 sessions as a group and 6 sessions privately.
For personal programs, like a one-on-one experience, I will take you through a thorough intake which includes an in-depth health assessment to prioritize our plan and if you are local, a Functional Clinical Evaluation.
We look at relevant labs, your history, your family history, your emotional priorities regarding your health, and we create a plan designed just for you.
There is no ONE DIET or approach for ALL people.
Your program will be tailored exactly for you and you will be able to put it right to work in a practical way.
All personal appointments are 60 min long and can be arranged one at a time or for a discount I offer bundles like 6 sessions to be completed in 3-6 months.
Some clients benefit from a personal grocery store tour or online shopping set up. Others need me to create and guide them through a fitness protocol. The sky is the limit for your personal sessions.
